My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Let’s Get Moving!!!
We did a two-stage move with Let’s Get Moving. Our first move was from our condo to the company’s storage facility, and our second was six weeks later from storage to our new home. From booking to follow-up to billing to the actual work performed, everything went off without a hitch. We also opted for help with packing…sooo worth it! The various team members who were assigned to the jobs were all extremely hard-working and efficient, and we felt 100 percent comfortable with the way they handled our belongings.
My only piece of constructive feedback….two days before the scheduled move to our new home I got a text message as well as an email to advise that for reasons out of their control, our move would be pushed from Saturday (as scheduled) to the Monday. By the time I had a chance to call, though, Moussa in Customer Service was “on it” and already working on a solution. Our stuff got delivered to our new home as scheduled, and in perfect condition. Everything worked out in the end, though I would have appreciated a call rather than a text message or email to advise of the potential date change for our move.
Thank you, Let’s Get Moving, for making an otherwise stressful thing stress-free! We will definitely be recommending you to anybody we know who might be moving in the future.
