My experience with Let’s Get Moving was excellent overall. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of the two movers. They were kind, communicated with us, worked efficiently, and there was no damage to our furniture or the apartments. They also wore masks the entire time (as did we) which was very important to me. Another huge positive was the professionalism of all the customer service representatives I spoke to on the phone. I really liked that I was called the day before my move to confirm so that I didn’t worry we had been forgotten!
The only reason the experience was not perfect is that I was told the movers would arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 am in the morning to wrap the furniture before my moving elevator booking started at 9:00 am. The movers did not arrive until 9:05 am and because wrapping is one of the slower parts, the move ran later in the day than expected. I had to extend my elevator booking at the new apartment and it was a little stressful worrying we wouldn’t be done unloading before another tenant started their move. My two movers worked extremely fast to get the move done before we lost the moving elevator and I am so grateful for that!
Overall, I would absolutely use Let’s Get Moving again!
