Two starts because the movers were professional and did a good job taking care of our belongings. Customer service is also very attentive and they follow up on time with you. HOWEVER, be mindful that this company is VERY EXPENSIVE. I have never been charged for travelling distance prior and after the job is done (i.e. to the pick up location and from the drop off to their headquarters). They also wrap furniture with their own blankets which they unwrap after delivery, you might think this is nice touch but this adds a LOT to the billed hours (in my case only about 4-5 furniture items and it added 2 hours of work or $400!!!). In full transparency, I knew about the charges (not the amount, but that there were extra) but had to book with them because it was the only available company (called about 10 others… now I understand why this one was available!) I’ve used other good companies in the past with same quality service at a fraction of the price. Was going to use same company for my other upcoming move, but they took all my budget!! :’(
There are WAY CHEAPER options out there, just book in advance. For that reason I would not recommend this company.
