Hector and Luís were our movers and these guys were amazing. We booked them for 10AM and they showed up at 10AM. As soon as they walked in the door they started tackling our mess of boxes. They wrapped our more delicate items with blankets and shrink wrapped them. We didn’t have an elevator in this particular apartment and they needed to haul our stuff down three flights of stairs – they did so without any issues. They were fast, polite, and respectful of our stuff. I kind of felt bad that I was just standing around in my kitchen doing nothing, but that’s the beauty of hiring movers!
Also, we had originally booked our move on a Saturday and had to move it to a Tuesday. I had absolutely no issues changing the dates. No fees, no nothing. I was overjoyed.
There were quite a few people that looked at me funny when I said I was hiring movers, but this experience was so good that I would never consider moving my own stuff again. In total moving my two bedroom took roughly 4.5 hours and the total cost was less than $500. In addition to the cost, I provided a tip for the excellent service I received. Just an FYI, we don’t really have a lot of stuff so your mileage may vary when it comes to length of the move and cost.
Bottom line – definitely recommend this company.
