I recommend Let’s Get Moving because they’re professional company with a lot of capacity from sales to customer service. Someone is always available to take your call and they’re very organized with trouble-shooting between the various departments: sales, customer service, and dispatch.
I know that many customers like me – want to penny-pinch or really don’t want to get hosed or ripped off. Honestly, I believe in paying a higher premium to hire a minimum of three movers – rather than just two movers.
Based on my initial experience booking with Let’s Get Moving through the Sales Agent (Lauren) – she is friendly, time efficient and great with sales who offered the full-stream of products and services with promotions for hiring three movers instead of just two.
Also, my truly positive and sincere experience has been with the customer service department representative (Sameer).
Sameer is honest, kind, and experienced – who gives customers the benefit of the doubt, is completely fair in his approach to troubleshooting. He represents the company – as a thoughtful, long-term, and high-quality organization whose committed to Customer Service.
