After careful planning and deciding which moving company to use, I went for this one. I went over the detailed estimate with Beth, as I was concerned how much time they’d need from their location to mine, downtown. I was assured that they’ll take the best roots and I was given complete estimate: time & cost. We covered all my moving details. First, two young men came much later than we expected them, they were good workers but the move took much longer than it was planned and there were few pieces of my furniture damaged. Unfortunately, it cost me almost double than it was estimated! I wanted to pay with credit card but was told there is a 3% added charge, not fair, esp. paying large amount. Be careful to read all their details first, which are overwhelming, one has no time to spend hours reading them while planning for their move.
