Prompt follow up the day before the move to confirm the schedule and also the list of items to be moved. On the day of the move, they kept me informed right from the time they left the office and arrived at my residence on time. The packing and unpacking was done promptly with utmost care and no time was wasted unnecessarily. Kevin and his moving crew were very friendly and professional as were the Sales team of Tiam, Kat, Daykota and Moussa. This was my first move and it was a stress free experience.
